Rule 1 R1 Pump is a stimulant free pre workout designed to maximise muscle pumps, blood flow and performance without the use of caffeine. Nitric Oxide Complex

At the core of the formula is a nitric oxide complex featuring 3g of L-citrulline, which acts as a precursor to nitric oxide production, helping to increase blood flow and improve nutrient delivery to working muscles. This is supported by 1g of Nitrosigine®, a patented inositol-stabilised arginine silicate that further enhances vasodilation, vascularity and overall pump.

Hydration & Endurance Support

To support endurance and hydration, R1 Pump includes 2g of taurine, which plays a key role in cellular hydration, muscle function and performance during training. This is combined with 1g of betaine anhydrous, which supports power output, strength and muscular endurance.

Extended Nitric Oxide Activity

The formula is further enhanced with 500mg of L-arginine, contributing to nitric oxide production, alongside 200mg of L-norvaline, which helps prolong nitric oxide activity by reducing its breakdown, supporting longer lasting pumps.

Plant-Based Vascular Support

A blend of plant based extracts including whole grape extract and pine bark extract supports blood flow, circulation and antioxidant activity, helping improve vascular response during training. This is combined with 50mg of S7™, a clinically studied blend of plant extracts shown to support nitric oxide production.

AstraGin® Absorption Support
