At SUPPS4U, we've chosen to do things a little differently to the corporate stores.

Rather than building shipping costs into product pricing and advertising "free shipping" we keep things transparent.

Our products are always priced 20% below standard recommended retail price, which means you're saving real money on every order, not just when you hit a minimum spend.

Shipping Isn't Actually Free

It's a real cost. Corporate stores often include this within their standard retail pricing. We've gone the other way.

We keep our prices heavily discounted and pass those savings directly on to you, then charge shipping separately at the true cost.

Shipping, on the other hand, is a real cost outside of our business. It's what allows your order to get from us to your door, and that's why we charge it separately at the true rate.

At SUPPS4U, we only use Australia Post for deliveries.

While cheaper courier options exist, we believe Australia Post provides the most reliable nationwide service, consistent tracking, and the best overall customer experience.

In over 5.5 years of operating, we've only experienced two genuine delivery issues through Australia Post — which is why we continue to trust them with our deliveries Australia-wide.

Dispatch & Processing

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are packed and dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

As an owner-operated business, every order is packed personally to ensure product quality, order accuracy, and secure packaging before leaving SUPPS4U.

Shipping Timeframes & Costs

SUPPS4U offers both Standard and Express Shipping via Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on parcel weight and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated interstate delivery: 3–6 business days
  • Typical shipping range: $9–$22

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery within WA: 1–2+ business days
  • Estimated interstate delivery: 1–3+ business days

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, tracking information will be provided via Australia Post.

The Australia Post App is the fastest and easiest way to stay updated on your delivery.

Delivery Delays & Investigations

SUPPS4U is responsible for ensuring your order is packed correctly, securely, and dispatched on time.

Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery operations and transit timeframes fall within their network and systems.

While delivery delays are rare, they can occasionally occur due to weather events, peak periods, transport disruptions, or scanning delays within the Australia Post network.

Australia Post will generally not open a missing parcel investigation until 10 business days have passed from the shipment date. Prior to this timeframe, tracking updates through the Australia Post App remain the most accurate source of information regarding your delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information and delivery addresses entered at checkout are correct.

Australia Post uses automated address recognition systems, and parcels shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may experience delays, return-to-sender outcomes, or failed deliveries.

SUPPS4U is not responsible for parcels impacted by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Safe Delivery Recommendations

SUPPS4U strongly recommends using a Parcel Locker, PO Box, or an attended delivery address if you are unlikely to be home at the time of delivery.

Australia Post deliveries may automatically be marked as “Safe to Leave” where the driver believes there is a suitable location to leave the parcel.

While this is convenient for many customers, parcels left unattended can carry risk if the delivery location is not secure.

If your property does not have a safe or secure location for deliveries, we strongly recommend using a Parcel Locker, PO Box, or an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by Australia Post, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
