Do you offer same day dispatch?
Yes. Orders placed before 2pm AWST Monday to Friday are packed and dispatched the same business day.
What courier/postal service do you use?
SUPPS4U exclusively uses Australia Post for all deliveries Australia-wide, as we believe they provide the most reliable nationwide service.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and whether Standard or Express Shipping is selected at checkout.
How do I receive tracking for my order?
Tracking information is automatically provided via Australia Post once your order has been packed and dispatched.
Customers using the Shop App can also choose to opt in or out of shipping notifications, similar to the notification settings available through the Australia Post App.
Why don't you offer free shipping over $150?
At SUPPS4U, we've chosen to do things a little differently to the corporate stores.
While many stores offer "free shipping" over $150, shipping still carries a real cost — typically around $11–$22 through Australia Post.
Instead, SUPPS4U regulars save 20% off RRP across their purchases.
For example:
- Spend $150 → save around $30 on products
- Typical shipping cost → $11–$22
- You're still ahead overall
And the bigger the order, the bigger the savings become.
