Our Story
My passion for health and fitness first took shape during my years serving in the Australian Defence Force, where discipline, resilience, and physical performance weren't just values they were a way of life.
After discharging from the Army, I began working part time in a supplement store while completing my personal training certificates. It didn't take long for me to realise how much I enjoyed learning about supplements and how they could genuinely support people in their health and fitness goals.
Over the next decade, I managed large corporate supplement stores, gaining invaluable experience — but I also saw the gaps. I knew customers deserved better: better service, better knowledge, and better products. So, at the start of 2021, I took the leap and opened my own store in Perth. At the time, we were the first independent supplement store in the city, and our mission was clear from day one:

- Stock only the highest quality supplements on the market
Growing With You
For five successful years, our brick and mortar store built a loyal community. But it became obvious that shifting to an online model would allow us to offer even more, a wider range of products, better pricing, and greater accessibility for our customers across Australia.
SUPPS4U has now launched online with the largest range of any independent supplement retailer in the country. And if there's ever a brand you think we should stock but we don't yet carry, send us an email. As we will always be expanding beyond the 50+ brands we've started with.
Our Promise
We never set out to be the biggest supplement retailer in Australia. The goal has always been to be the best. SUPPS4U has been imitated but never duplicated, and I'm grateful to everyone who supported the original store.
