RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
SUPPS4U accepts returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
SUPPS4U is an independent, owner operated business. Every product is handled with care from sourcing and storage through to packing and dispatch. All stock is inspected and stored in controlled conditions, and each order is packed personally to minimise the risk of errors or damage.
Until further notice, SUPPS4U does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Returns Eligibility
Returns are only accepted where required under Australian Consumer Law, including if an item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly supplied
- Significantly different from the description
- Not fit for its intended purpose
If your order is correct (e.g. you ordered a flavour and received that flavour), this is not considered a valid return.
We are not a "try before you buy" service.
Supplement & Consumable Product Policy
Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all supplements sold by SUPPS4U are classified as consumable food products.
As such:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for return
- Any product with a broken seal or that has been opened is not eligible for return
If you believe a product is faulty after opening:
- Contact us immediately at info@supps4u.com.au
- Provide a detailed explanation and supporting photos
- The product must be returned for inspection before any outcome is determined
All opened product claims are subject to assessment. If the product is not deemed faulty, no refund or replacement will be provided.
We do not accept returns based on taste preference, texture, or individual results.
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at info@supps4u.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order details and reason for return
- Wait for approval and return instructions

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Do not dispose of the product or packaging, as this may be required for assessment.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, SUPPS4U will cover the cost of return shipping.
As you will be able to reuse the original shipping satchel and return the parcel via "Return to Sender" at your nearest Australia Post location.
If this is not available, we will provide return instructions at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement item (where applicable)
- Issue a refund (where applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used supplements
- Any consumable or hygiene product that has been opened
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Any item not in its original condition or packaging
- Any item returned outside the 14 day return window
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalise the transaction.

SUPPS4U reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
