Suggested Use

Mix one serve (one scoop) with approximately 250 ml of cold water. Fruit flavours should be stirred rather than shaken to minimise foaming, while chocolate flavours can be mixed in a shaker. Allow the drink to sit for a few minutes until fully dissolved before consuming.

For convenience, a larger multi-serve jug of mixed fruit flavours can be prepared and stored in the refrigerator to enjoy throughout the day. This method is not recommended for chocolate flavours as the cocoa may settle.
